About the role
- Ensure the smooth and successful execution of ongoing projects
- Manage the project from start to finish for various sizes, scopes, and products
- Oversee the Basic Design of the solutions to be delivered
- Bring specific technical expertise in thermal design, process design, and equipment design
- Manage schedules and resources, both internal and external
- Validate technical documentation, drawings, and parts lists while ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control
- Interact closely with all involved departments
- Participate in on-site inspections of Heat Recovery Steam Generators and Industrial Boiler
Requirements
- Higher technical education such as Thermal Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, and/or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering design offices and technical project management within the energy production sector
- Strong interest in developing technical expertise in thermal design, process design, and equipment design
- Proficient in office tools (MS Office) and preferably in planning software (Primavera, MS Project)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
- Reliable, highly autonomous, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for short- and medium-term international assignments
