About the role
- Full management of serial production of equipment such as hybrid inverters and outfitted containers
- Order intake and coordination with technical, finance and purchasing departments
- Industrial monitoring: implementation of an efficient system for tracking development and serial production, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, costs, schedules, safety and environmental requirements
- Establishment of inspection plans and drafting of technical purchasing specifications
- Creation and optimization of manufacturing procedures and of control and test specifications
- Review and validation of manufacturing documentation
- Coordination of inspections and acceptance of equipment and components
- Collaboration with the Quality Manager and participation in supplier qualification and validation
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- Minimum 10 years' experience in production management and industrial monitoring of complex equipment in small to medium series
- Multidisciplinary basic knowledge (mechanical, electrical, power electronics, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities taking into account forecasts and planned activities
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience using or administering a PLM system
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Availability for regular short trips to industrial sites across France, particularly in the Lyon region
