About the role
- Claims handling (active/passive) in the areas of comprehensive (Kasko) and motor liability insurance
- Case file creation
- File and data maintenance
- Processing incoming payments
- Independently managing correspondence with insurers and clients
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist (Versicherungskaufmann/-frau) or a law degree (LL.B., LL.M. or Diplom-Jurist), or equivalent experience in claims settlement
- Structured working style and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications
- Ability to analyze complex claims and assess liability and the amount of damage
- Comfortable with direct customer contact
