About the role
- Technical support for our 21 facilities
- Management and supervision of construction, renovation, and modernization projects
- Planning, monitoring and documentation of maintenance and repair work
- Support and consulting for facility and branch management on technical matters
- Inspection and quality assurance of external service providers
- Participation in the development and implementation of technical standards
- Conducting regular site inspections
Requirements
- Completed technical training or degree in civil engineering, building services, facility management or a related field
- Knowledge of building systems, construction and maintenance
- Strong organizational skills, hands-on mentality and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within Northern Germany (approx. 90%)
- Class B driving licence
