About the role

  • Central point of contact for the Hamm site for all HR controlling matters
  • Support and advise specialist staff with analyses and reporting of HR metrics
  • Analyze metric and error reports; develop new KPIs and define them together with the HR Controlling team
  • Contribute to the standardization of metrics and reduction of error rates
  • Consolidate decentralized data and structure data storage
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, monitor the personnel budget, and conduct benchmarking
  • Manage personnel cost budgets and staffing plans
  • Support personnel cost calculations
  • Actively collaborate with HR, Controlling, and Accounting departments and participate in projects of Johanniter GmbH for the Hamm site
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Controlling, or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in HR controlling is desirable but not required
  • Proficient with common IT applications such as MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent analytical, structured, and independent working style
  • Solution-oriented with strong prioritization skills
  • Careful handling of sensitive data
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence when interacting with other departments
