About the role

  • Manage and organize procurement processes and order handling within Facility Management
  • Coordinate and oversee key control and access management across the business unit
  • Support and maintain relationships with service providers and suppliers, including contract management and performance review

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in procurement or facility management desirable

  • Confident use of MS Office; experience with facility management software is an advantage
  • Team player with strong communication skills when working with internal and external partners
