About the role
- Manage and organize procurement processes and order handling within Facility Management
- Coordinate and oversee key control and access management across the business unit
- Support and maintain relationships with service providers and suppliers, including contract management and performance review
- Create and maintain documentation, reports, and analyses for internal and external inquiries
- Assist with planning and execution of facility management projects, e.g., maintenance and repair activities
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in procurement or facility management desirable
- Structured working style and a high degree of self-organization
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with facility management software is an advantage
- Team player with strong communication skills when working with internal and external partners
