About the role
- Management and further development of the Compliance Management System
- Identification and assessment of compliance risks and development of measures to eliminate them
- Design and delivery of compliance training and development of communication initiatives
- Development and updating of compliance policies in collaboration with specialist departments and subsidiaries
- Compliance advisory support for management and employees
- Participation in the investigation of indications of compliance violations
- Conducting internal investigations related to adherence to compliance rules
- Preparation of compliance reporting for executive management
Requirements
- University or university-of-applied-sciences degree in business administration, law, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in compliance, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Very good user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (German: C1/C2 level)
- Committed, reliable, and independent working style with a pragmatic, solution-oriented, and service-minded approach
- Strong team player with high integrity
- Analytical and structured thinking and working style
