About the role
- Pay according to AVR DD
- Support during surgical procedures across various specialties
- Assistance and instrumentation during operations
- Preparation, assistance and post-operative turnover of the operating rooms
- Sterilization and maintenance of OR instruments and equipment
- Monitoring and documentation of surgical procedures
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Collaboration with physicians, nursing staff and other OR team members
Requirements
- Completed training as a Surgical Technologist (OTA) or an equivalent qualification as a nurse (m/f/d) with experience in the operating room
- Experience in the OR environment
- High level of professional and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous working style and strong awareness of hygiene
