About the role
- Create patient and therapist schedules in line with planning guidelines
- Coordinate requests from various departments (e.g., medical services, therapists, nursing)
- Prepare patient transport schedules
- Work directly with therapy management
- Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Participate in process optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Vocational training as a healthcare management clerk, office management clerk, or comparable qualification
- Prior experience with the Timebase application is desirable
- Good IT/computer skills
- High level of organizational ability
- Independent and structured working style
- Legally required proof of measles immunization
