About the role

  • Provide individualized, professional nursing care and patient support based on the nursing process, adapted to the specialty-specific requirements of the respective department.
  • Address patients’ physical, social and mental needs while observing ethical principles (human dignity, holistic care).
  • Share responsibility for organizing ward workflows to ensure patient-centered unit care.
  • Promote interprofessional collaboration among all professional groups involved in the treatment process.
  • Act in a cost-conscious and resource-efficient manner.
  • Prepare and administer medications.
  • Implement and adhere to mandatory duty and procedural instructions.

Requirements

  • Completed qualification as a registered nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in).
  • Willingness to work responsibly and proactively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivation and a genuine commitment to the profession.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
  • Willingness to work a rotating three-shift schedule.

  • Valid proof in accordance with § 20a(2) of the Infection Protection Act.
  • Proof of measles immunity or measles vaccination (for all persons born after 1970).
