About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and schedule social media content showcasing Joeris projects, events, and milestones
- Coordinate project, headshot, and event photography, including scheduling, editing, and organization
- Support graphic design for marketing collateral
- Update project pages, blogs, and leadership profiles on the website
- Write and review blog content and apply SEO best practices
- Develop employee newsletter content and update digital office display templates
- Develop external email campaigns and other external communications
- Provide graphic design, apparel, promotional-item ordering, and equipment coordination for events
- Support employee and signage digital storefront catalog updates, back-end operations, and vendor relationships
- Gather data and write award submissions
- Collaborate with Proposal Domain teammates to improve proposal quality and provide branding and visual support
- Perform additional marketing and administrative tasks assigned by marketing leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, or Business, including Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, Business Administration, Creative Writing, or Graphic Design
- Professional Marketing or Communications experience (1-3 years preferred)
- Experience with graphic design and content development
- Experience with digital marketing, including website management, social media, and blog writing
- Experience with professional writing
- Experience with branding and writing to brand voice and brand guidelines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with cloud-based marketing applications such as Canva and ScreenCloud
- Familiarity with photography and photography editing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
