About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide hands-on GIS support to field crews and office staff
Help troubleshoot ArcGIS-related issues
Use mapping and mobile data collection tools effectively
Work with ArcGIS Online/Portal, ArcGIS Pro, Survey123/XLSForm, Field Maps, and Quick Capture
Support field operations, data collection workflows, maps, dashboards, layers, feature services, and reporting needs
Maintain organized and reliable GIS data

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of professional GIS experience
Strong GIS fundamentals
Practical ArcGIS support experience
Ability to explain technical steps clearly to technical and non-technical users
Advanced English
Fluent Spanish
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central Time
Experience with highway, infrastructure, transportation, utilities, asset inspections, Python/ArcPy, ArcGIS Dashboards, or Experience Builder is a plus.
