Requirements
- Minimum B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience with semiconductor production
- Initiative and drive to bring innovative products to market
- Disciplined and methodical engineering rigor and attention to detail
- Leadership and communication skills for effective influence
