Lead development of software solutions utilizing ARINC 615 and ARINC 615A data loading standards
Design and implement secure data loaders and secure communication protocols
Integrate software with avionics systems, networks, and aircraft maintenance environments
Ensure compliance with export‑controlled requirements (ITAR/EAR) and internal security processes
Collaborate with systems engineers, hardware teams, and certification specialists
Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews
Support verification, documentation, and certification aligned with aerospace guidelines

Requirements

U.S. Person under ITAR (citizen or permanent resident)
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including aerospace or avionics systems
Hands-on expertise with ARINC 615/615A, avionics data loaders, and aircraft data interfaces
Proficiency in C, C++, C#, or Python
Experience with secure communication protocols (TLS, CMS/PKI, or aerospace‑specific secure transport)
Knowledge of avionics networks (A429, A664/AFDX, or Ethernet‑based systems)
Experience with DO‑178C, DO‑326A/ED‑202A, or similar certification/cybersecurity standards
Background with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps
Knowledge of cryptographic key management or secure boot in embedded systems
