About the role

  • Create various marketing materials like POS, social media and email, as well as digital assets for our website and app.
  • Deliver high-quality, on-brand design assets across digital and print.
  • Develop visual concepts and creative campaign strategies.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end content creation, from ideation to execution.
  • Be happy to work with external agencies and studio to develop outstanding work.
  • Proactive mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to push boundaries on creativity, whether through technology or production methods.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, studio and online to ensure brand alignment and synergy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain/update workflow management software.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of design experience (preferably agency)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience in generative AI tools and creation.
  • Comfortable in setting artwork for print (liaising with external agencies and print suppliers, if need arises)
  • Figma (Desirable)
  • Monday.com and workflow tools
  • A strong and varied portfolio showcasing design, concept and (preferably) copy work
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, art direction and colour theory
  • Bonus points for motion design/video editing experience (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of brand development and maintaining brand consistency across digital platform.
