Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple indirect categories aligned with global procurement strategy and business transformation goals.
Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies leveraging data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and supplier benchmarking.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure contract compliance and ERP integration.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including performance management and continuous improvement.
Support enterprise transformation efforts through cross-functional project coordination.
Partner with stakeholders to negotiate and draft contracts, statements of work, and change orders.
Mentor stakeholders by sharing sourcing and analytics best practices.
Ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting of sourcing outcomes, savings, and supplier risks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with indirect category focus
Experience supporting ERP or large-scale business transformation initiatives
Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management experience
Advanced analytical and digital procurement tool proficiency
Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing technologies
Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
Demonstrated leadership potential
