About the role
- Lead end‑to‑end program management for M&A initiatives from pre‑deal assessment through post‑acquisition integration
- Develop and maintain comprehensive integration plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales, HR, IT, Finance, Legal) to drive alignment and execution
- Partner with Corporate Development and Finance to track synergy realization and business performance against integration objectives
- Support governance, executive reporting, and steering committee forums with clear communication of progress, risks, and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, legal, and confidentiality requirements throughout the M&A lifecycle
- Lead change management efforts to enable smooth adoption of processes, systems, and organizational structures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 8–12+ years of program management experience in a technology, engineering, or complex product environment
- 3–5+ years of direct experience supporting M&A initiatives, including due diligence and integration
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a matrixed, global organization
- Strong financial acumen, including experience working with synergy models, valuations, and business cases
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives with confidence and credibility
- Ability to manage highly confidential, time-sensitive initiatives with discretion
