Develop high‑quality test program methodologies, characterization flows, and correlation strategies for next‑generation Flash and DRAM devices.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management to influence tester hardware and software roadmaps based on customer needs.
Build technical demonstrations, documentation, and enablement content that support pre‑ and post‑sales initiatives.
Support cross‑functional alignment on feature requirements, system validation, and deployment strategies.
Partner with global customers as a trusted technical advisor during evaluation, ramp, and mass‑production deployment.
Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and elevate engineering best practices across the organization.
Ensure timely resolution of critical issues through root‑cause analysis, solution development, and scalable corrective actions.

Requirements

BSEE or related field OR equivalent experience
20+ years in memory semiconductor ATE engineering
Extensive experience with Flash and high‑speed DRAM test program development, debug, and correlation
Deep understanding of wafer sort and final test methodologies
Expert proficiency in C/C++ programming
Strong hardware/software debug capability
Hands‑on experience with high‑volume manufacturing test flows
Experience with Nextest Magnum and/or Advantest memory test platforms (preferred)
High‑speed serial interface testing experience (preferred)
Background in emerging memory technologies (preferred)
Experience supporting global customers and managing complex technical escalations (preferred)
Prior involvement in technical sales, pre‑sales, or platform evaluations (preferred)
