Requirements

5-10 years of progressive experience in demand planning or supply chain management
Comprehensive understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) principles and best practices
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Oracle)
Demonstrated capability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Material Control, or a related field
