About the role
- On-site service of the production (tester) system at the customer OSAT factories, include the downtime trouble shooting, jam recover, utilization improvement.
- Performing the new system installation or any upgrade or retrofits.
- Data collection and data first level analyzing to find the issues root causes such as the mechanical, electrical and automation problems.
- Daily on duty reporting of the major issues to the team.
- Preventative maintenance per the guideline periodically.
- Issues reporting and escalations internally.
Requirements
- Batchleor degree in electronics, mechanical.
- Mininum 2 years work experience in Electronical or Mechanical or semiconductor areas.
- Familiar of the automation testing, with automation equipment & testers maintenance experience is preferred.
- Basic skills to do the Automation logs, testing logs analysis.
- Able to communicate in English both in writing and talking.
- Strong reporting skills to use MS office, especially to use PPT.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork skills.
- Able to business trip occasionally both in domestic and abroad.
- Able to accept the shift work at night/weekend shift or Overtime work if needed.
- Willing to learn.
