- Assist the Dietary Manager II in the planning and directing of all phases of a comprehensive food service program
- Supervise staff in preparing and serving diets
- Conduct assessments as part of MDS/Care Plan requirements
- Coordinate with other departments for food services
Requirements
- Knowledge equivalent to four (4) years of college with courses in dietetics
- One (1) year of professional experience in a large-scale food service program
- Certification as a dietary manager or equivalent
- Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships
