About the role
- Be recognized as a subject matter expert across a wide range of new and existing Teradyne platforms
- Provide timely and accurate support to field organizations in response to a wide array of customer issues
- Assist field teams in debugging complex system issues and collaborating closely with factory HW and SW engineering to resolve issues efficiently
- Identify opportunities to use technology to improve the way that we deliver support to our customers
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve the reliability of our systems
- Engage with the Product Development process to influence and prepare new products for successful deployment to the field
Requirements
- Excellent critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction
- Experience with Design for Serviceability and Reliability
- Technical Areas: RF, Power, Embedded, Networking, Mechanical
- Expert Computer and presentation skills
- Team player
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%
- Degree required: Bachelors of Science in Engineering (MFG/ME/EE), Electromechanical preferred
- 8 – 15 years Relevant Industry Experience desired
