About the role

  • On-site service of the production (tester) system at the customer OSAT factories, include the downtime trouble shooting, jam recover, utilization improvement
  • Performing the new system installation or any upgrade or retrofits
  • Data collection and data first level analyzing to find the issues root causes such as the mechanical, electrical and automation problems
  • Daily on duty reporting of the major issues to the team
  • Preventative maintenance per the guideline periodically
  • Issues reporting and escalations internally.

Requirements

  • Batchelor degree in electronics, mechanical
  • Mininum 2 years work experience in Electronical or Mechanical or semiconductor areas
  • Familiar of the automation testing, with automation equipment & testers maintenance experience is preferred
  • Basic skills to do the Automation logs, testing logs analysis
  • Able to communicate in English both in writing and talking
  • Strong reporting skills to use MS office, especially to use PPT
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
  • Able to business trip occasionally both in domestic and abroad
  • Able to accept the shift work at night/weekend shift or Overtime work if needed
  • Willing to learn.
