About the role
- Keen attention to details and 100% compliance to Electro-Mechanical assembly and procedures
- Review and buy-off kitted materials/parts endorsed from material controller
- Perform sub-assembly to all ATE platforms/models
- Perform Base-assembly/Zero Pins to all ATE models/platforms
- Integrate all sub-assembly, mechanical, and electronic parts to the cabinet/zero pin
- Test, troubleshoot, and fix any technical issues
- Work directly with Test, Process, and Quality engineers for process improvement
- Conduct High Pot(electrical) test and troubleshoot for failures.
Requirements
- Must possess a Vocational Diploma in Electronics or equivalent
- Strong experience in Electro mechanical assembly is an advantage
- Good manual dexterity for mechanical assembly and wire harnessing
- Experience in machine operations and handling ESD sensitive devices is an advantage
- Proficient in computer operation and MS Office
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Willing to work in 8-hour shifts.
