About the role
- Support equity and student services initiatives across the community college system
- Assist with coordination, implementation, and monitoring of statewide initiatives related to student services
- Gather data and feedback for evaluating programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with community college staff to improve student services
- Support professional development events for mandated campus liaisons
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Demonstrated oral and written communication, human relations, and analytical skills
- Experience with private, state, and/or federal grants
- Experience with instructional programs or program evaluations at postsecondary institutions
- Knowledge of career and technical education
- Knowledge of the Illinois Community College system
