About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparing documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence.
- Obtaining all proper supporting information and documentation to ensure proper, efficient administration of the file (including, but not limited to income and other tax filings, asset realizations).
- Creating all documents required for signature
- Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend (our internal software).
- Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping confidential information.
- Electronic filing of statutory documents
- Preparing documents for DocuSign
- Other tasks may be assigned as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced performing data entry with a proven high level of accuracy
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Exceptional Organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); able to learn computer software quickly
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others.
