About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote our services through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and personal networks (friends, relatives, groups, etc.)
- Reach out to potential clients for an initial call to explain the service and check basic eligibility
- Conduct a first discussion to understand the client’s needs and seriousness
- Refer qualified and serious clients to our immigration team for a consultation
- Follow up regularly with your referred clients to guide them through the process
- Facilitate payments for clients when needed using a secure and agreed method
- Submit daily or weekly reports of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, responsible, and proactive
- Familiar with using social media to promote services
- Able to work independently and meet weekly targets
- Experience in sales, customer service, or client communication is a plus
- Must be available Monday to Friday (full-time)
