Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
Knowledge of medical ethics and compliance
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Fluency in Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus
Valid Moroccan driver's license and willingness to travel within the country
Sales certification (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
