About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Delivery and oversight of the talent development strategy
Manage a team to deliver flexible learning interventions
Undertake performance improvement and knowledge transfer
Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored development plans
Design and deliver a variety of learning programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of experience
Comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles
Familiarity with various learning delivery methods
Strong knowledge of talent management practices
Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies
Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field or equivalent level of knowledge & experience
