About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Outbound — We provide the data lists. You make the calls. Target of 100+ dials per day with one goal: meetings booked with the right people.
  • Inbound — We run email outbound campaigns that generate warm responses (people asking for more info, requesting a call, etc.). You pick these up fast, qualify them, and move them through the sales process — whether that's booking a call with a founder, sending the right materials, or handling early-stage objections yourself.
  • You'll cover two regions (GCC and Europe) and two core verticals (retail and e-commerce), with scope to branch into others soon.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Availability across Europe and GCC time zones
  • Native-level English
  • Multilingual a major plus — Arabic and French preferred
  • Proven cold calling experience with a track record of booked meetings
  • Comfortable handling warm leads and supporting the sales process beyond just booking — qualifying, following up, nudging deals forward
  • Strong written communication for email and chat follow-ups
  • Able to work independently, manage a pipeline, and keep clean records (notes, data, follow-ups)
  • CRM experience preferred
