About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships
- Convert renewal leads into qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline by assessing key criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across industries to identify needs and potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Understand customers’ current Microsoft license positions and promote Microsoft’s cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Solution Specialists, PCM, TCM, CE) to ensure renewals close on time and meet customer needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Are a native or fluent Dutch speaker with advanced English
- Have 2+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of success
- Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and a passion for cloud technology
- Understand the IT industry and can quickly learn new products and business solutions
- Can identify customer needs and deliver compelling, tailored pitches
- Are driven by achievement and success
- Have experience selling Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 (preferred)
- Have experience in technical sales or presales (optional)
- Hold a degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering (Bachelor or Master) (optional)
