About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute Amazon operations tasks and gradually take ownership of new initiatives
Handle customer care emails (mostly FBA, roughly one per day on average)
Manage forecasting using Sostocked - creating transfer orders, loading shipments, adjusting for seasonality
Oversee PPC performance using M19 - daily reviews, adjusting TACoS targets, balancing organic ranking and margins
Run daily controls across systems to catch issues before they become problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and day-to-day operations
An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities - the kind where you dig into data and figure things out
Fluent English and good communication skills (you'll be writing to customers and collaborating with the team)
A proactive, self-starter mentality - someone who goes after tasks without needing to be told
Brownie points for:
⭐ Experience with inventory forecasting and supply chain basics
⭐ PPC knowledge and understanding the difference between ACoS and TACoS
