About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Scale TikTok Shop through creators, affiliates, and content (not operations-heavy)
- Build and manage a creator & affiliate engine (sourcing, onboarding, scaling performers)
- Develop and execute high-converting creative strategies (UGC, hooks, testing loops)
- Own and maintain organic social presence (TikTok & Instagram) through consistent, performance-driven content
- Collaborate on paid social (Meta, TikTok) by feeding winning creatives and scaling what works
- Define, track, and improve core KPIs (revenue, CAC, MER, ROAS)
- Set up and run structured testing systems across creatives and offers
- Collaborate with internal teams to align growth across channels
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, content, and workflows
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities across DTC and social channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 years of experience in DTC growth, performance marketing, or brand growth
- Proven track record scaling at least one acquisition channel with measurable revenue impact
- Hands on experience with TikTok & Instagram (organic, paid, or TikTok Shop)
- Strong understanding of CAC, MER, ROAS, and contribution margin
- Experience managing creator and affiliate partnerships
- Ability to build and execute creative testing frameworks (UGC, hooks, iterations)
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical decision-making skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Brownie points for:
- Experience scaling TikTok Shop in the US market
- Background in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Hands-on experience managing paid social budgets
- Experience growing a personal brand or content channel
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and affiliate platforms
- Experience working with Amazon brands and understanding the halo effect
- Strong copywriting for performance creatives and landing pages
- Experience using AI tools for growth and content production
