About the role

  • Own and manage all paid media campaigns across Google (PPC), Meta/Facebook, and emerging channels like YouTube and Instagram
  • Optimize and scale campaigns for CPL, CPA, lead quality, and downstream revenue
  • Build, test, and iterate funnels, landing pages, and conversion flows
  • Ensure accuracy of tracking, attribution, pixels, events, and CRM integrations
  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and sales to improve conversion rates and lead quality
  • Test and launch new channels, creatives, offers, and audiences
  • Report and analyze performance with clear insights into ROI and growth opportunities
  • Support new campaigns across multiple business lines including real estate, lending, software, and wholesale.

Requirements

  • 4 + years of proven experience managing Google Ads (PPC) and Meta/Facebook Ads with meaningful spend
  • Experience working with international and US-based businesses in a remote capacity
  • Proven track record in lead generation campaigns
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, funnels)
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or Hubspot or Zapier, Make.com, Wordpress and Canva
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution
  • Comfort managing and optimizing $25k–$50k+ monthly ad budgets
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization
  • Clear communication skills for explaining strategy and performance.
