About the role
- Own and manage all paid media campaigns across Google (PPC), Meta/Facebook, and emerging channels like YouTube and Instagram
- Optimize and scale campaigns for CPL, CPA, lead quality, and downstream revenue
- Build, test, and iterate funnels, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Ensure accuracy of tracking, attribution, pixels, events, and CRM integrations
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and sales to improve conversion rates and lead quality
- Test and launch new channels, creatives, offers, and audiences
- Report and analyze performance with clear insights into ROI and growth opportunities
- Support new campaigns across multiple business lines including real estate, lending, software, and wholesale.
Requirements
- 4 + years of proven experience managing Google Ads (PPC) and Meta/Facebook Ads with meaningful spend
- Experience working with international and US-based businesses in a remote capacity
- Proven track record in lead generation campaigns
- Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, funnels)
- Experience with GoHighLevel or Hubspot or Zapier, Make.com, Wordpress and Canva
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution
- Comfort managing and optimizing $25k–$50k+ monthly ad budgets
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization
- Clear communication skills for explaining strategy and performance.
