About the role

  • Manage tasks and projects inside ClickUp
  • Follow up on deadlines and keep work moving forward
  • Help prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact
  • Create and maintain SOPs and project documentation
  • Set up and adjust client ad campaigns and tracking
  • Implement technical changes like pixels, scripts, and automations
  • Work with designers to produce image and video ad creatives
  • Use AI tools to write copy and generate ad variations
  • Optimize landing pages and campaigns using performance data
  • Create AI video ads and coordinate edits with video editors
  • Speak with clients and run calls when needed
  • Maintain client assets, reports, and documentation
  • Support onboarding, admin tasks, and vendor coordination

Requirements

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and basic ad setup
  • Experience with Meta tracking and script installation
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools and workflows
  • Experience using project management tools like ClickUp
  • Experience working with B2B marketing agencies
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and tracking tools
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects at once
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Based in the EU timezone for working-hour overlap
  • Good eye for design and creative quality
  • Strong copy sense and ability to spot weak messaging
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website and landing page edits
