About the role

  • Conduct daily outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and determine fit
  • Collect property and market data to support sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records inside Zoho
  • Research property management companies, developers, and portfolios
  • Build and organize segmented prospect lists
  • Prepare notes, context, and background for scheduled meetings
  • Support follow-ups and nurturing for early-stage leads
  • Track daily/weekly activity and share updates with leadership
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and internal teams for smooth handoffs

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and cold calling
  • Ability to manage data and maintain CRM accuracy (Zoho is a plus)
  • Naturally curious and resourceful in researching companies and markets
  • Resilient, consistent, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to follow processes and hit activity targets
  • Prior BDR/SDR experience, ideally in outbound or SaaS environments
  • Brownie points for: Experience in multifamily, proptech, real estate, or SaaS
