About the role
- Conduct daily outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and determine fit
- Collect property and market data to support sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records inside Zoho
- Research property management companies, developers, and portfolios
- Build and organize segmented prospect lists
- Prepare notes, context, and background for scheduled meetings
- Support follow-ups and nurturing for early-stage leads
- Track daily/weekly activity and share updates with leadership
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and internal teams for smooth handoffs
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and cold calling
- Ability to manage data and maintain CRM accuracy (Zoho is a plus)
- Naturally curious and resourceful in researching companies and markets
- Resilient, consistent, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to follow processes and hit activity targets
- Prior BDR/SDR experience, ideally in outbound or SaaS environments
- Brownie points for: Experience in multifamily, proptech, real estate, or SaaS
