About the role
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of custom product manufacturing, from order initiation to delivery
- Coordinate daily with factory teams to ensure accuracy, deadlines, and quality compliance
- Lead quality assurance reviews, including samples, pre-production photos, and testing results
- Manage logistics, balance payments, and schedule deliveries with internal and external partners
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure consistent quality
- Act as the main liaison between clients, factory teams, and internal departments
- Partner with sales and design teams on complex projects, ensuring technical and cost feasibility
- Conduct cost analyses, negotiate with partners, and manage pricing strategies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and better quality control
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing coordination, or project management in a product-based company
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain logistics
- Excellent communication skills for managing cross-functional coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with overseas or third-party manufacturers
- Familiarity with ERP systems or production tracking software
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
