About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to the company’s clients with all aspects of regulatory and technical compliance
  • Conduct due diligence and EDD
  • Draft internal policies and procedures
  • Compile & maintain risk assessments, incl AML/CFT risks
  • Conduct risk assessments of B2B relationships and B2B third party relationships
  • Monitor client compliance with existing licenses
  • Stay updated on any changes in regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where the companies operate and hold licenses
  • Advise on regulatory and licensing changes
  • Manage reporting requirements related to the maintenance of existing licenses
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of applications for new licenses in regulated jurisdictions
  • Research new regulated markets on behalf of clients, making recommendations on new license opportunities
  • Support & guide internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law / Business or equivalent degree
  • ICA, CAMS or other certificates in regulatory and AML compliance
  • Courses / Certificates / Diplomas in Compliance related to iGaming
  • Several years’ of working in a similar role
  • Experience of working with iGaming compliance regulations
  • In-depth understanding of iGaming (internet gambling) regulations, including technical requirements, AML/CFT and Responsible Gambling
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
