About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the legal team in various different tasks that can change on a day-to-day basis
Participate in the drafting all documentation required for M&A transactions under Maltese corporate law
Take an active role in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, redomiciliation project along with setting up and administering trusts and foundations
Assist with day-to-day casework and liaise directly with clients and relevant authorities
Manage individual client relationships independently

Requirements

What you’ll need

A law degree
Passion for corporate law
Able to work effectively under pressure and is results-oriented
Articulate and able to communicate in English, both written and verbally.
