Requirements

Diploma or accredited certifications in ICT-related fields
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in English (C2 or native level)
Good understanding of MS Windows environments, including MS SQL
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration, SharePoint Information Architecture, Power Automate, or Dynamics is a plus
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Able to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills
Able to understand business processes and automate them using available tools
Willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
