About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle ongoing condominium (WEG) accounting
Create and manage open items (accounts receivable/payable)
Ensure correct execution of the dunning (reminder) process
Manage payment transactions
Prepare monthly statements for property owners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as a financial accountant, commercial clerk, or real estate clerk (m/f/d)
Knowledge of property accounting or financial accounting (career changers welcome)
Strong numerical aptitude and a meticulous working style
Excellent PC skills, including MS Office
Initial experience with house bank/online banking software is an advantage but not required
