Rental Accountant – Property Management – m/f/d

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You process ongoing WEG (condominium owners' association) or SEV accounting
- You are involved in creating and processing open items
- You are responsible for the correct execution of the dunning procedure
- Processing payment transactions is part of your responsibilities
- You prepare the monthly statements for the property owners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as a financial accountant, commercial clerk, or real estate clerk (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of real estate accounting or financial accounting (career changers welcome)
- Strong numerical aptitude and a careful, detail-oriented working style
- Very good PC skills, especially MS Office
- Basic experience with house bank software is an advantage but not required
