About the role
- In this role you will handle general secretarial and assistant duties, in particular correspondence with clients, engineering firms, project stakeholders and authorities.
- You will be the central point of contact for the project team on administrative matters and support project managers in day-to-day operations as well as with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, invoices and contracts.
- In addition, you will cover reception duties and take care of mail, telephone, invoice entry, ordering office supplies, and the preparation and follow-up of meetings.
- You will ensure that project documentation is complete—both electronically and in paper form—and compile documents for construction and project management.
- Preparing outgoing invoices and handling dunning/collections complete your diverse range of tasks. Nothing is left in the dark; everything is thoroughly documented.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial, technical or real-estate training or hold an equivalent qualification.
- You have initial professional experience in a similar role—ideally in the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong organizational skills, a team-oriented attitude, and an independent, proactive, solution-focused working style characterize you.
- You are proficient in MS Office applications.
- You remain calm under pressure, even in challenging situations.
