About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning and execution of Jobber’s tradeshows and partnerships events
  • Manage multiple concurrent events with varying scopes, audiences, and stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution plans
  • Own vendor management, booth builds, sponsorship deliverables, venues, logistics, and staffing
  • Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Demand teams to align events to revenue goals
  • Ensure events support pipeline generation, partner enablement, and sales effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience managing high-volume event portfolios, particularly tradeshows and sales-led events.
  • Strong operational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events at once.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Partnerships teams.
  • A results-driven mindset with comfort in tying events to revenue and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly, primarily within the United States.
