Account Executive, Inbound
JobberAccount Executive engaging potential customers through various outreach efforts to empower small businesses. Driving the use of Jobber's services to enhance efficiency in mobile services.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive connection with potential customers through phone, email, and sms outreach
- Connect with small businesses to develop an understanding of their challenges and goals
- Provide recommendations on how to best utilize Jobber, from specific workflows to feature fits
- Demonstrate the value of Jobber through conversation, social proof and product demonstrations
- Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to create a strong customer experience
- Manage and close opportunities generated by SDRs
- Run discovery calls and deliver product demos
- Close new business and help customers confidently choose Jobber
- Attach add ons users and other features that help customers get more value from Jobber
- Book new customers into onboarding to set them up for success
- Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up, knowledge sharing, and analytics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience in a sales environment with commission and/or targets
- To drive urgency and excitement in a dynamic environment with a fairly short sales cycle
- To be driven, tenacious and disciplined
- To find solutions and think on your feet
- To be data driven and create a narrative based on data
- To be coachable and adaptable in a changing sales team environment
- To enjoy technology and share excitement about mobile technology
- To have a clear and confident communication style with active listening
- Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably SalesForce.
