About the role

  • Take full accountability for leading a product team, including product discovery, shaping, delivery
  • Drive clarity and alignment across the team, stakeholders, and organization
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
  • Own the near-term roadmap, curating and developing solutions
  • Prioritize and deliver features that impact customers and the business
  • Build detailed product plans, oversee execution, and implement key success metrics
  • Coordinate the release process and ensure clear communication with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a product manager or product owner in Fintech SAAS environment
  • Previous experience working within agile and scrum frameworks, leading cross-functional teams through iterative product cycles and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying problems and proposing innovative solutions
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to balance customer needs with business goals
  • High degree of empathy, understanding of customer needs
