Deliver client-specific solutions using low-code, AI/ML prompting workflows, SQL, Python, and full-stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js) development, bridging the gap between client operations and our infrastructure; independently build tools when coordination with Product & Engineering is insufficient.
Lead end-to-end execution of test projects and deployments — coordinating technical and non-technical teams, managing product setup, data integration, legal approvals, client training, and success metrics to drive measurable results
Lead end-to-end deployment as project manager, coordinating technical and non-technical tasks while driving cross-functional collaboration with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth execution
Support Customer Success in post-deployment by ensuring smooth handover, monitoring adoption and ROI, gathering feedback for product improvements, and helping establish KPIs to quantify value realization
Define success metrics, track issues, and create playbooks, templates, and reusable scripts to scale projects, accelerate adoption, and showcase AI capabilities
Drive product adoption by training Sales and Customer Success teams while championing the client voice to align commitments, product strategy, and outcomes
Requirements
3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, implementation, or client-facing technical roles in SaaS, enterprise software, or at tier 1 strategy consulting firms in advanced analytics/technology practices (e.g., McKinsey’s QuantumBlack or Digital, BCG’s X or Platinion)
Proven ability to lead end-to-end proof-of-concept projects and deployments — coordinating cross-functional teams (technical, legal, operational), setting clear success criteria, ensuring timelines are met, and delivering measurable outcomes
Strong background in translating business requirements into solution designs and product configurations, with hands-on ability to adapt workflows, implement light customizations, and leverage low-code platforms, SQL, or Python scripting where needed
Comfort with data integrations, APIs, and dashboards — tech-savvy enough to configure, troubleshoot, and implement client-specific solutions without requiring full-stack development
Experience in HR, Workforce Management, ATS, or operations technology is a strong plus
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage executives, train frontline teams, and bridge business and technical audiences
Solid project management and organizational skills (PMO mindset), including planning, risk tracking, and reporting
