About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned client portfolio by conducting strategic account analyses and uncovering growth opportunities across different departments, subsidiaries, and business units.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders within existing accounts, acting as a strategic partner and working closely with Customer Success and service delivery teams to strengthen engagement and customer trust.
  • Manage and lead the expansion pipeline from qualification through to close, taking full ownership of the sales process, including deal structuring, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the successful execution and implementation of growth initiatives.
