About the role
- Build detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis) to support investment and M&A decisions
- Conduct company valuations and scenario analysis to evaluate potential transactions or strategic initiatives
- Perform due diligence on target companies, including financial, operational, and market assessment
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and sector dynamics to identify growth or investment opportunities
- Prepare investment memos, pitchbooks, and presentations with actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Corporate Development teams to support strategic planning and execution of transactions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at top-tier firms
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis)
- Proven experience evaluating M&A, investment, or market expansion opportunities
- Experience performing due diligence on target companies (financial, operational, market analysis)
- Ability to translate complex financial and market data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to present findings to senior leadership
- English level: C1 or higher
- Preferred location: Madrid
