About the role
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with Finance Managers, Senior Analysts, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Participate in process improvements to streamline financial workflows and reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Consulting at top firms (Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC...etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally
- English level: C1 or higher
- Preferred location: Madrid
